Cardwhisper (Tarot Desktop)

Cardwhisper is my largest project: a desktop tarot reading app, built in about five weeks (201 commits), with a lot of the work going into architecture and written decisions rather than screens.

What I built

• Three reading modes (a desktop reading mat, free drag-and-drop, and object-based drawing), a custom spread editor with import / export codes, and a local reading journal with statistics.
• The Windows version is complete, and the Mac App Store signing and sandbox pipeline is working.
• 16 architecture decision records covering draw modes, persistence, accounts and memberships, the payment boundary and App Store packaging.
• A designed and implemented account, membership and refund backend (Stripe, PostgreSQL, container and Kubernetes specs, AWS S3 Object Lock for audit retention). This backend is not launched.
• A test suite of roughly 70k lines across ~300 test files, and three CI workflows.

Status: in development and not released. The code is private; I'm happy to walk through the architecture documents in an interview.
