Stand-up Alarm for Apple Watch

An alarm that checks you actually stood up, built for Apple Watch with an iOS companion. I wrote a PRD, architecture notes and a risk document first, then used a real device to test the risky parts (AlarmKit behaviour and wake detection) before building more.

Honest status: a proof of concept from a few days of work (6 commits), not a product.
